We are shaping ourselves through deliberate scope control. Our MVP is not meant to be a large productivity suite. It is meant to prove a specific kind of understanding layer.
Our MVP focuses on the dashboard, decision engine, recommendation layer, explainability, learning basics, onboarding, and the core modules of tasks, events, notes, finance, contexts, and reminders.
That scope is enough to test whether our central idea works without diffusing the experience.
Large integrations, voice, collaboration, advanced analytics, recurring tasks, file attachments, and heavier infrastructure concerns are intentionally postponed.
This restraint is strategic. It protects our coherence during our most fragile stage.
A calmer product cannot be built through feature accumulation alone. We have to stay focused enough to teach people what we are and why we exist.
Scope is part of brand, not only execution.
