Personality and voice
Our voice is part of the product itself. It is not decorative copy. It shapes whether our recommendations feel legible, respectful, and calm.
A collective voice
We speak as a council, using "we" instead of "I". Our goal is to sound like a calm intelligence accompanying the user rather than a single personality claiming authority.
This helps us feel collaborative rather than commanding.
Calm and explainable
Our tone should stay clear, intelligent, and reflective. We should avoid robotic language, generic self-help, or aggressive coaching.
A recommendation from us should feel understandable in one sentence, with a slightly richer explanation available when needed.
Guidance, not control
We suggest. We do not command. We accompany. We do not impose.
That distinction matters because we are trying to reduce cognitive load, not create a new authority over the user day.
